Lounge Hire Terms & Conditions
1. All of our lounges are avialble to hire 7 days a week. There are 4 different types (Booths, Red Lounge, Purple Lounge and BED Lounge) which are detailed below.
2. There are 3 booths in the main bar that can hold up to 8 people. These are ideal for smaller parties and are also comfortable for eating in groups. The deposit for these booths is £10 and is refundable as long as your party is seated within 30 minutes of the time stated and the minimum number of people required to book one is 5.
3. The Purple and Red lounges hold 30 + people up to a maximum of 60 people each with an overspill into the main bar should more people than expected turn up. A minimum of 30 persons is required to book the Purple Lounge and 20 persons for the Red Lounge. There is a £50 deposit required to confirm and hold the booking. (Please note that if after an hour of your stated arrival time your numbers are dramatically smaller than you booked for, the area will be opened up and no refund will be given).
4. The music in the Purple & Red lounges is generated through our in house system and resident DJ’s are playing on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings.
5. BED Bar is now available for private hire seven days a week and is licensed until 2.30am.
6. It is suitable for larger parties of between 50 and 130 people but again an overspill can go up into the main bar if required. We require a minimum of 50 people to hold a party in 'BED Bar' on Friday and Saturday but only 40 from Sunday to Thursday. There is a £100 deposit required to confirm and hold the booking. (Please note that if after an hour, your numbers are dramatically smaller than you booked for, the area will be opened up and no refund will be given). There is also a minimum bar spend of £400 between Sunday and Thursday and £1000 on Friday and Saturdays.
7. Your options on music in BED are to have our own in house music piped through from the main bar or you may bring your own via an Ipod/Laptop, or alternatively use our in house cd or vinyl decks with your own DJ. (Please note we do not have CDJS to hire)
8. Refunds will not be given to parties cancelled less than 21 days before booking date and also to parties who cause any damage within the bar.
